A Step-by-Step Guide to Downloading Videos from Facebook
Facebook is an online social media platform that allows people to create a profile, post status updates, and share photos. Following Google’s legacy with its video-centric platform – YouTube, now Facebook has also emerged as a great place to watch videos.
In this tutorial, I am going to walk you through how to download Facebook videos so you can watch them offline or on your TV, or on any other device. We have divided this procedure into four simple steps.
Step One: Navigate the browser of your computer to www.facebook.com/video/video_id where video_id is the video ID of the video you want to download on Facebook
Step Two: Perform a right-click on the URL of the page
Step Three: Click the link you see and “Copy link address”
Step Four: On your computer desktop, open up another tab on a web browser and go to Facebook online downloaders like FDown or GetFVid and paste the copied link.
Step Five: Click on the download button and download your favorite video to watch later. After clicking on the download button, you will be directed to a page that will allow you to download the video. You also have the option of viewing it now or downloading it for viewing later.
